Prototype comparison test

In developing this cam, three types of prototypes required from the theoretical value were prepared, and a comparative test was conducted for each.

Observation

In the normal intake system, intake restriction occurs with peak at 6000 revolutions.

Therefore, a cam with a wide working angle does not exhibit its effect.

The problem of interference with the PV clearance and the cam cap occurs also in the cam with the high lift.

Conclusion

Specified as IN / EX 252 - 10.4 which exerts the maximum effect in normal head and does not require bolt-on mounting or machining.
